Lynnderella Friday, Vol. 32!

*Sent for review*

Hope your Friday is going well so far!! Any good plans for the weekend? Tomorrow is my dad's birthday and we are having a little party for him, so that'll be fun! I have some more beautiful Lynnderellas for you on this February Friday, starting with Lynnderella Morello. Morello is a dark cherry wine with silver holographic flecks. The color is sort of red, magenta, burgundy, and purple-y all mixed together, very pretty! It was kind of overcast when I took these photos, but the holo flecks sparkle nicely in brighter light.

This is two coats of Morello, plus top coat for shine. It was easy to apply and nicely pigmented. The flecks are flat and smooth, not at all bumpy.

Lynnderella Clearly Beloved is a new glittery topper that will look perfect over any color! Lynnderella describes it as "clear holographic glitter and shifty blue violet sparks in a lilac-tinted clear base". It really is the perfect topper when you want some extra pizazz! This is one medium-thick coat over Lynnderella Morello.

Here is one coat of Clearly Beloved over OPI Russian Navy, love this one too! Clearly Beloved is easy to apply and covers evenly. Another Lynnderella swatcher put this over a light periwinkle creme and it looked fantastic over that too! I will show it again in the spring over some pastels :).

OMGGGGGG this polish!!!! This stunner is Lynnderella Vanilla Mint Cloud!! True to it's name, it is a pale vanilla-tinged soft cloud-like mint shimmer with silver and teal holo microglitter. The minty base also has some pink and blue-green shimmer that you can see depending on the light and how you move your hands.

This is two coats of Vanilla Mint Cloud. It was easy to apply and is more opaque and pigmented than I thought it would be. With it's pale color, I was expecting it to need three coats minimum, so I was happily surprised!

Lynnderella Friday, Vol. 30!!

*Sent for review*

Happy Friday everyone!! It's a snowy Friday here- one of those really beautiful storms where the snow gets stuck to all of the bare tree branches. I love that kind of snow! I'll try to get some good pictures when I go out to shovel. I have two pretty Lynnderellas for you today, as well as a look at a brand new Lynnderella product. First up is Lynnderella Strobing, a stunning glittery pinky-nude. Lynn says it has "three new glitters: nude miniglitter, clear holographic and intense fire opal iridescent. Lilac- and multi-shimmered base". THIS is how I wear nude polish LOL, with serious sparkles! The fire opal glitters are awesome, when you move your nails around they flash all different colors. You can see them best in the picture below. If you didn't already know, strobing is a makeup technique in which you emphasize bone structure using only highlighter and blush, no bronzer or contour.

This is three thin coats of Strobing. It was very easy to apply and has a great consistency. You could probably use this as a topper over a great pinky-nude as well, something I want to try soon!

This picture is a little weird lighting-wise, but I think it shows off the lilac pink shimmer very well, so I wanted to include it.

*Gift with purchase*

Next up I wanted to show you a Lynnderella mani I recently wore. This is a polish that was given as a gift when you purchased the entire ValenTime collection last year. Lynnderella Free Love is a gorgeous mix of purple, red, pink, and some blue glitters. There are some great shapes in here, like my favorite circle glitter and a pink bow glitter (see below on the left side there). Free Love has a clear base with purple and silver microglitter.

For this mani, I used one coat of Lynnderella Free Love over OPI Super Cute in Pink. I love this combo!! Free Love was easy to apply, despite having lots of glitter! Free Love is no longer available, but you may see it pop up in a blog sale or in a Facebook group.

 *Purchased by me*

Now for the brand new product!! This is a Lynnderella The Glittering Crowd pouch!!! Isn't it adorable?? There are only two of these in existence right now and I managed to snag one, but Lynn and Paul do have plans to make more of these for sure. This holds 4 bottles of Lynnderella polish (see below) or 6 MAC lipsticks (of course I tried that out!). The pouch measures 3.5 x 5.75 inches. The second pouch is up at lynnderella.com right now, you can see it here.

My pouch has an engagement ring charm on the zipper pull. The one up at lynnderella.com right now has a cute lucky cat charm. This pouch also has a little inside zip pocket. Overall it seems like a very durable fabric and very well-made. I'm loving mine- it's already in my purse!

Lynnderella Strobing and the new pouch are both available now on lynnderella.com.

Lynnderella Friday, Vol. 27! More Valentine's Treats!

*Sent for review*

TGIF!!!! I guess I'm not quite over Christmas vacation yet, because this week seemed kind of rough too! I think I just hate January. It is my least favorite month. Typically we get a few snow days to make January a little more fun, but we haven't even had that yet! But today is Friday and it is a Lynnderella Friday with lots of pretties to see! Let's start with Lynnderella Gold Crush, a new LE with silver holo micro flakes and assorted colors of larger holo flakes. The shimmer in the clear base is a beautiful mix of pink and aqua with teeny yellow flakes. I love the mix of silver with blue and purple, the colors look very pretty together! I like these flakes a lot, they are very smooth and flat, no edges sticking up anywhere, and they catch the light really well.

This is one coat over OPI This Silver's Mine. This can also be worn alone in about three coats. It is easy to apply. I don't know if these are new flakes or something, but they are so cooperative and easy to work with!

Lynnderella just released a special Valentine's Day duo for 2016, nicknamed ValenTwins. The first polish in the duo, Lynnderella Valen-Tiny is described as "a lilac-fuschia holographic microglitter with mini heart accents in an electric blue violet- and pink-shimmered clear base".  The mini hearts are so cute, I love them!!!!! Lynnderella said that she got new mini hearts in a great variety of colors and this polish has red, lavender and magenta pieces.

This is two coats of Valen-Tiny. It was easy to apply and nicely opaque. The hearts are really nice and flat. They fit even on my tiny nail beds!

The ValenTwins duo also comes with a cute little box of loose nail art glitter. I used a couple different kinds of the glitter mix over Valen-Tiny. I love the huge holographic silver cupid! There were also some huge hearts, large hexes, diamonds, and tons of other cool glitter shapes in the mix.

The second half of the ValenTwins duo is Lynnderella Love the Little Ones. I LOOOOOOVE this one!!!! Love the Little Ones is a glitter topper made with the same adorable new mini hearts as Valen-Tiny, along with larger hearts, circles (yay!), and hex glitter in various sizes, all in the colors of Valentine's Day- red, pink, lavender, and magenta. Lynnderella describes it as "assorted mini hearts accented with old-fashioned “normal” hearts and microglitter in a lilac-shimmered clear base". I describe it as "Valentine's Day in a bottle"!

This is one dabbed coat over OPI In a HoliDaze (still have my Christmas polishes out LOL). Love the Little Ones has lots of glitter pieces, but it was still easy to dab on and squish the pieces into place.

Lynnderella Hollo, I Love You. is another beautiful new LE with those same awesome new mini holographic hearts. I love these new mini hearts so much, I want to coat my body in them, but I suppose I will have to settle for coating my nails. I find them to be so exciting because a lot of glitter shapes, like hearts, don't lay flat on my very small nail beds. These new hearts are perfectly flat and don't stick up at all, it's very exciting to me! Lynnderella says that Hollo, I Love You "is all about holographic mini hearts accented with stars, dots, lightening bolts and microglitter. Pink-shimmered pink tinted base with tiny aqua flakes". I am forever a huge fan of Lynn's glitter toppers. I love coming up with layering combinations and I like seeing that every nail gets a slightly different glitter mix. So I am happy to see this great topper with it's fun mix of glitter! Lightening bolts and mini hearts together? Yes please!!

I dabbed one coat of Hollo, I Love You over Nicole by OPI Tink's in the Pink for this mani. Hollo, I Love You was easy to apply with the dabbing method. This mani makes me happy!!

*Purchased by me*

OK here is a shameful story... Lynnderella MarziPink is a Valentine's Day LE from 2013. It has been living in my untrieds drawer since February of 2013!!! I am so sorry for neglecting you, little glitters!! MarziPink contains pale pink, fuchsia, minty gray, and white satin glitters. It also has pretty pink glitter and shimmer in a clear base. I love how these colors look so delicate and pretty!

To capitalize on the delicate look of MarziPink, I used two coats over OPI I Theodora You, and then topped it all off with a layer of matte top coat. My bottle has been sitting in a drawer for 3 years, but it still had a great consistency and was easy to apply after a good shake!

All of these gorgeous Lynnderellas are available now on lynnderella.com or lynnderella.storenvy.com.

Lynnderella Friday, Vol. 26!

*Sent for review*

Whew, we're almost done with that wretched first week back to work after the holidays! I hate this week. I actually am not fond of the whole month of January either, but I guess I'll live! I did have some sparkly pretties to help me survive this week, including the new Lynnderella Hollo from the Other Side (LOL the name cracks me up, I have to sing it every time!). Hollo from the Other Side has these awesome new dot patterned silver holo circle glitters-you can see what I mean in the macro below. The circles have a bubble pattern right on them! This also has regular silver holo dots and gorgeous pink, lilac and blue shimmer in a clear base.

This is one coat over China Glaze Don't Get Elfed Up. The dark background really shows off the shimmer in Hollo from the Other Side! Hollo was easy to apply, it had tons of that shimmer and all of the dots came out on to the nails quite readily.

Every time I hear that Adele song, I just sing it this way instead. This is my anthem after the holidays LOL

Lynnderella Coeur a la Creme is an LE Valentine's Day polish that actually came out last year I believe. Luckily, there are some bottles left for this year! Coeur a la Creme has a sheer pale pink base filled with red microglitter. It contains red, pink and gold larger glitter accents in various shapes, including hearts (of course), holographic diamonds, large hexagons, and flowers!

This is one coat of Coeur a la Creme over three coats of Zoya April (swatches coming soon!). Coeur a la Creme was pretty easy to apply with the dabbing method. I did push some of the glitters into their places for a neater, more spread out appearance. Typically, I don't do a lot of Valentine's manis, but this put me in the mood to start them early!!

First Lynnderella Friday of 2016!!

*Sent for review*

Happy New Year!!! I hope you had a fun New Year's Eve last night, whether you stayed home or partied til dawn! I have a pretty new LE Lynnderella for you today, Lynnderella Cloudy Blue. Cloudy Blue is described as "blue- and pink-shimmered translucent blue thermochromatic that shifts to clear when warm. Featuring cloud, star and dot multi glitter.". It is a kinda of squishy blue shimmery base, but I found it to build to full opacity on it's own. The mix of pink and blue shimmer in the base is very pretty and soft looking. I didn't get any cloud glitters out in this go round, but I didn't realize they were in this at the time, so next time I will pay better attention!

This is two medium coats of Cloudy Blue on it's own. It was pretty easy to apply, although the glitter tended to get a little stuck together and concentrated in one area.

So I know the description says that this shifts to clear when warm, but I found it to me more white when warm, which I actually prefer. It's actually a pretty opaque white too as you can see. I'm not a huge fan of polishes that shift to clear, as I hate seeing my whole nail under it, so I like that this is a nice shimmering cloud-like white.

I know it has been a little quiet around here recently, but it will start to go back to normal now. I was pretty lazy on my vacation, but lazy time is coming to an end soon!!

Merry Christmas!!!! Lynnderella Friday, Vol. 25!

*Sent for review*

Wow, I can't believe it's already Christmas! The season flew by too quickly this year and the warm weather we're having seems weird for Christmastime. But I'm going to enjoy the day with family (and delicious food) anyway!! I hope you are having a great day, whether you celebrate the holiday or not. I have my last two Lynnderella Advent polishes for you today. Lynnderella 12-24-15 Fairy GodMother has lots of deep red wine holo microglitter with blue-violet shimmer in a dark red base. The blue-violet shimmer really sets this one apart, it stands out very clearly from the depths of the red. It definitely takes Fairy GodMother to another level beyond other red microglitters.

This was two easy coats with one layer of Essie Gel Setter. It was great to work with and a nice consistency.

This year, there was a bonus polish in the Advent series- Lynnderella 12-26-15 Happily Lavender After. Happily Lavender After is described as "a super shimmer made with more than six different shimmers. Intense midtone pink lavender with a lavender glow". It is a beautiful fairytale lavender pink color. The shimmer looks iridescent and twinkles a bluish color depending on the lighting.

This is three thin coats of Happily Lavender After. It was easy to apply and you could probably get do two coats just fine. It was nicely pigmented.

I'm going to return to eating lots of cookies now ;) MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!
