Candeo Colors Sour Grapes

Base: one coat Zoya Get Even
Color: three coats Candeo Colors Sour Grapes
Top: one coat Poshe
Application: good (out of poor, average, good, excellent)

Candeo Colors Sour Grapes was a total impulse buy for me. I was hunting down Candeo Colors Jellybean awhile back (I'll be posting that one soon too!) and Sour Grapes happened to be in stock at the same moment I was buying Jellybean. And of course, there's no point in paying for shipping for one polish, right? Sour Grapes looked like such a gorgeous shade of grape, so I threw it in my cart. This is a lovely bright grape-purple jelly base with lots of pinkish shimmer, large hex glitter in pale lavender, and tiny pink and black glitter thrown in there too.

This is three coats, but Sour Grapes is mostly opaque in two coats. I did three because my macro setting loves to make polish look sheer. The formula was lovely! Easy to apply and not too thick or thin. I wore this for several days with no chips. This was the first Candeo I tried and it definitely makes me want to try more!

Sour Grapes is actually in stock right now at Llarowe if you are interested! To keep in touch with what's happening with Candeo Colors, check out the Candeo Colors website and Facebook page.

I really love purples that is why I so love this nail color. I also the combination of glitters on it. Great pick!
