20 New Sally Hansen Miracle Gel Shades, Plus Reformulated Top Coat!

INTRODUCING YET ANOTHER NAIL MIRACLE! SALLY HANSEN REVEALS THE NEW MIRACLE GEL™ TOP COAT.  NOW DELIVERING 2X VOLUME AND SHINE!

2 stunning new collections and 6 limited-edition shades also join the Miracle Gel lineup

These days, bigger is better when it comes to beauty. Following the major success of the first Miracle Gel launch, Sally Hansen has done it again, developing  the new & improved volumizing Miracle Gel Top Coat - adding to the award-winning Sally Hansen Miracle Gel collection: the most buzzed about at-home nail system and the closest thing to a salon gel manicure at home.

When partnered with the Miracle Gel shades, Miracle Gel Top Coat volumizes as it protects. The Top Coat formula delivers 2x the volume to your manicure - creating dramatically fuller-looking nails with a high-gloss, mirror shine finish.

The result: the look of a gel manicure at home, without the trip to a salon! Miracle Gel's simple application takes just two steps. First, apply two thin coats of Miracle Gel color to clean, bare nails. Then, apply one coat of the new Miracle Gel Top Coat. Natural light does the rest, creating a manicure that resembles a UV / LED cured gel polish and up to 14 days of color and shine. The next best thing to a salon gel manicure, without using an UV / LED light AND removes easily with regular nail polish remover.

To coincide with the release of the new top coat, Sally Hansen announces a total of 20 new vibrant colors of Miracle Gel

The Tribal Vibe collection adds seven new sun-baked shades to the permanent line up: Cream of the Crop (ivory with a hint of warmth), Tribal Sun (fiery coral like the setting sun), Rhythm & Blue (mirrors the hue of a bright blue sky), Totem-ly Yours (an appealing dusty rose),  Per-Suede ( the color of rich reddish leather), Terra-Coppa (melds the gleam of copper with the earthy appeal of pottery) and Buffalo Nickel (a cool, classic silver white).

Another new collection, Boho Chic, brings together seven festival-ready saturated shades for free spirits everywhere: Rhapsody Red (updates classic cardinal red with a blue undertone), Tipsy Gypsy (a bubbly, bright pink), Boho a-Go-Go ( a deep, creamy eggplant), Beatnik ( a statement-making cobalt), Mintage (a medium-toned mint), Fish-teal Braid (an aquatic turquoise), Miss Wanderlust (packs colorful glitter into a soft stunning coral

In addition, limited-edition duo packs pair the new Miracle Gel top coat with one of six summery colors: Blue Hue (a subdued, milk-glass blue), Teal Twin (a dark gemstone teal), Geo-Mint-ric (a vibrant spearmint), Get it Bright (the color of freshly sliced watermelon), Block Party (a tigerlily orange, tinged with coral), Up the Ante ( a medium-toned plum)

Two New OPI Coca-Cola Shades!

 *Sent for review*

OPI recently released two new shades to celebrate 100 years of the iconic Coca-Cola bottle. I've always thought the glass bottles were pretty and they do make great inspiration for the two polish colors.

OPI Centennial Celebration is a shimmering metallic silver. It looks like there are pretty iridescent glitters in this too, as well as a slight hint of green tint. It is a chunkier, very visible shimmer, not a smooth looking metallic. It sparkles so nicely in the sun! I think the hints of iridescent glitter set this apart from other silver metallics we've seen lately.

This is three coats of Centennial Celebration. It was pretty sheer on the first coat, but built up nicely. It can be a little brushstroke-y, but I think it's more noticeable in these pictures than it was in person.

OPI Visions of Georgia Green is a very cool polish, it actually reminds me of some older highly coveted OPIs. It's the color of green glass, with hints of silvery, almost lavender, duochrome flash. It has iridescent shimmer flakes that are flash gold, green and even kind of a copper/pink color. You can see them look copper in the last picture, taken in the sunlight. Definitely a very unique polish!

This is three coats of Visions of Georgia Green. It still had some VNL. I wish it was a little more pigmented, but it's pretty enough to wear it anyway. I also want to try it over black. It was easy to apply.

TGIL- Lynnderella Fridays, Volume II

*Sent for review*

Happy Lynnderella Friday everyone! Here to get you ready for a sparkly weekend, I have some new LE Lynnderellas for you! Lynnderella Rose Petal Jammy is the latest in the stunning Jammy family (including Jammy, Jammy is My Jam, Blackberry Jammy, etc.). Rose Petal Jammy is a rosy pink micro glitter with holographic micro glitter and small light pink holo glitter accents. It has a some mauve/purple tones to it, making it look richer than some pinks. Very pretty and I bet the color will flatter a lot of skin tones!

This is two easy coats of Rose Petal Jammy on it's own. It was very opaque and has a great formula!

Lynnderella New King Kale is officially my new favorite green polish. This one has golden green holographic microglitter with green and gold glitter accents in a sparkly base. The combination of gold and green with holographic sparkles is so vibrant!

For these pictures, I used one coat of New King Kale over Revlon Posh. New King Kale can be opaque on it's own in about 2 coats though. It was very easy to apply.

Lynnderella Rainbow Gossamer is a complex shimmering topper. Lynnderella says it is "is made with assorted iridescent, translucent iridescent colour shifting flakes and holographic microglitter accents. Clear base with lavender and mint shimmer". On the nails, it is a beautiful wash of rainbow-y shimmer accented with iridescent flakes that shift from orange-y gold to blue. This is a perfect shimmer topper for any polish color.

This is just one coat of Rainbow Gossamer over China Glaze Violet Vibes. It was easy to use and has a nice consistency.

My NOTD today is Lynnderella Star Baby Boy. Star Baby Boy is a mix of pink and blue dots and hex glitters with silver holo stars and tiny matte pink and blue stars. The base is pink and blue shimmered with holo microglitter. You already know that I love this polish because it has my favorite circle glitter and it also has stars, my second favorite glitter shape! I really like the periwinkle blue and baby blue shades of glitter together.

This is one coat of Star Baby Boy over Sally Hansen Babe Blue. This was easy to apply with the dabbing method. Just dab the brush on the nail and smoosh the polish evenly around the nail to get a nice even coating of glitter.

Sally Hansen Insta-Ombre Layer on Lilac

*Sent for review*

Sally Hansen recently came out with a line of "Insta-Ombre" polishes that are meant to create an ombre glitter mani without the extra effort and fuss. Today I have one of the Insta-Ombre polishes, Sally Hansen Layer on Lilac, swatched for you. Layer on Lilac has small silver and purple glitters in a clear base.

The directions on these polishes say to apply one coat to clean nails, then apply the 2nd coat from mid-nail to tip, and the final coat just to the nail tip. I did exactly that for these swatches. I found it created the best ombre look if I wiped the brush off a lot before the first coat, so that the first layer was kind of sparse. Layer on Lilac was easy to apply and it built up well with the third layer. I probably would use a base color for this the next time I wear it, but overall it makes for a great ombre effect!

I Love Nail Polish Ten Fold and Money Bin

*Purchased by me*

If I ever win the lotto, I have a really good plan for what nail polish to wear when I go pick up my winnings and then immediately buy my Lamborghini. I will be wearing ILNP Ten Fold with an accent nail (or two) of ILNP Money Bin. It just sounds like a wealthy mani, doesn't it? ILNP Ten Fold is a grayed out minty holo, the color of money! Ten Fold is one of the new Ultra Holo polishes. They are supposed to be super intense and in-your-face holographic. Ten Fold definitely is super holo, I could a  linear rainbow flame even in a dimly lit room! These pictures were actually taken on a cloudy day and it even rained a bit while I took the pictures, but you can still see the holo goodness!

This is three thin coats of Ten Fold. The first coat looked pretty sheer, but the second two built it up to full opacity nicely. It was easy to apply and went on quite smoothly.

ILNP Money Bin is on my nails right now, and I'm not sure I'll ever take it off. Money Bin is the most blingy yellow gold holographic flaky dose of awesome I have ever seen. It almost looks like a different polish in every lighting situation. Sometimes you really see the flakies and they look like a pale gold or even silver and other times it is a bright yellow gold and all you see is holographic rainbows! It is super holographic too, my camera was having a heart attack in the sun here.

This is three thin coats of Money Bin. Again, it was a little sheer on the first coat, but built up nicely with the second and third. It was easy to apply.

You can see below how different Money Bin looks in dim lighting. You can really see the flakies here and how it looks kind of silvery gold. It really is a fascinating polish and I'm enjoying looking at it in various places!

These two gorgeous polishes are available now on ILNP.com.

TGIL- Volume I of Lynnderella Fridays!

*Sent for review*

I've decided to make Fridays my weekly Lynnderella post, because, quite frankly, what better way to get ready for the weekend than some sparkly Lynnderella goodies? So when you see TGIL- Thank Goodness It's Lynnderella- you know the weekend is almost here! We start off this edition of TGIL with the beautiful Lynnderella Fig State. Fig State is a super sparkly plum microglitter. The glitter is a pink burgundy with holographic flashes. This polish really makes me want to eat plums!

Fig State is super full coverage. This is two thin coats, but I really could have done just one! It was easy to apply, maybe a little thicker than some Lynns, but still good to work with. It was nice and smooth with one layer of Essie Good to Go.

Lynnderella Outlandish is a hot pink sheer jelly with iridescent and gold shards and pink shimmer. This one is so multi-dimensional! The gold shards and the iridescent ones play nicely off of each other and are all sorts of sizes, so they look nicely random. The neon pink is really bright and pretty too.

This is three coats of Outlandish. It has a nice squishy look to it and all of the shards are smooth and flat (yay!). It was nice to apply, no problems.

Be still my navy loving heart! Lynnderella Craving Navy has everything I want in a navy polish- deep dark navy blue base, navy microglitter and twinkly holographic glitter accents sparkling like stars in the night sky. Droooooool.

This is two coats of Craving Navy, but again I almost could have done one coat. It was super pigmented and opaque. It was so easy to apply, I didn't do any clean up here. It was also totally smooth with one layer of Essie Good to Go. My new favorite navy for sure!

Lynnderella Purple Piffle is a super cute pinky purple and holographic microglitter polish. It has a translucent pinky purple base and small holographic purple accent glitters. This is a really beautiful shade of purple, kind of like orchid and deep lavender mixed together.

This is two easy coats of Purple Piffle. It was great to apply and nicely opaque.

Lynnderella Fruitcake Melt is one of those polishes that makes me want to eat it. My mouth actually waters when I look at this and I think of delicious Creamsicles or maybe orange-mango sorbet. Fruitcake Melt is a yellow orange with complex pink, gold and even blue shimmer. The shimmer makes this look different in different lights, sometimes it looks more like a soft peach than it does here.

This is three coats of Fruitcake Melt. It starts off being translucent, as Lynnderella describes it, but it builds up to full opacity in three coats. It was easy to apply and is a very nice consistency. I don't have much experience with Lynnderella's non-glitters polishes and I was very impressed with this one. It's lovely!
