Revlon Black With Envy

Revlon Black With Envy isn't a new polish, but it is new to me!! Black With Envy is another one of Revlon's fine Chanel dupes. This one is said to be a dupe for Chanel Black Pearl, although I don't own it, so I can't be sure. The Chanel polish didn't look unique enough for me to drop $25, but this Revlon is well worth the price!!

I actually was never able to find this polish in a drugstore near me. The lovely Emily of Squared Nails sent it to me recently and I'm so happy she did! Black With Envy is a beautiful gunmetal black/grey shimmer. The shimmer can look kind of rainbow-y at times, depending on the light. Other times there is a strong green cast. I don't own anything like this and I'm really quite glad I have it now!

This is three coats and application was fairly good. It seemed like the polish was pulling away from the tips of my nails, so I needed to apply a bit more to the tips. If you always wrap your tips, this shouldn't matter. This is a great fall/winter polish to own and I can definitely see myself wearing it multiple times.

Revlon Black With Envy may still be available at a drugstore near you, so look around!

Carolina- it sat in my untrieds for a bit too! It's much more interesting on the nail than it looks in the bottle.

Imfeelingnail-venturous- it is! It's still around in some drugstores, ya know! ;)
