The Latest Lynnderella Goodies!

*Sent for review*

Lynnderella Fridays have gotten off track lately. It seems I always have something going on making me unable to post then, so I decided today to just post the most recent goodies for you even though it's Sunday 😉. The feeling of fall is starting to creep into the air here, and Lynnderella Fall Preview 2017 is the perfect polish to kick off the season. The rusty orange holographic base is speckled with purple flakes and has a pinky glow to it at certain angles. I love the combination of copper and violet, it's unique and really works well!

This is two easy coats of Fall Preview 2017. It was nicely opaque and the perfect consistency. I did use two layers of top coat for extra shine and smoothness.

Lynnderella Flakepourri is a gorgeous flakie-filled topper with a variety of color-shifting flakes and beautiful iridescent shimmer. This would be a fantastic topper over just about any color you can imagine. I used it over OPI Suzi Without a Paddle for these pictures. There are some teeny flakes in here, but also some really cool super large flakes that really catch the light.

This is just one coat of Flakepourri over the OPI, so you get a good amount of flakes with only one coat. It applied very well, great formula! I used regular brushstrokes and didn't have to do anything special to get the big flakes on the nails.

I also compared Flakepourri to Lynnderella Candy-Coated Unicorn. In this picture, I have one coat of Flakepourri over black on my middle and pinky nails, and one coat of Candy-Coated Unicorn over black on the other two. You can see the flakies are different and the shimmer is very different in these two flakie toppers. Both are gorgeous!

This polish is a very special one for me. I love to collect any egg-themed Lynnderellas and there was one similar to this posted for sale in the Lynnderella fan group on Facebook. I was admiring it, but was too late to the party and someone else purchased it. However, a mysterious and generous member of the group sent this to me shortly after!! The Lynnderella fan group is the best nail polish group I belong to and I so appreciate everyone there. If you would like to join, please message me and I will set up an invite. This gorgeous egg-themed mystery has assorted yellow glitters, white glitters and sparkly holo shimmer in a clear base.

This is one coat of the Egg mystery polish over OPI Is That a Spear in Your Pocket?. It was easy to apply and has a lovely consistency.

These and other gorgeous Lynnderella polishes are available now at http://stores.ebay.com/lynnderella-lynnderella, Amazon.com, and lynnderella.com.

Octopus Party The Algae-atic Sea and On the Frocks

*Purchased by me*

I have a long way to go towards wearing all of the polish I bought at Polish Con, still wading through it all! Today I have two polishes I purchased there from the lovely Dave at Octopus Party Nail Lacquer. Octopus Party The Algae-atic Sea is a bright near neon lime creme. It's a really unique shade of green and was very hard to capture accurately in pictures. It looks more minty here, but it really is like a lime color. Not as soft either and definitely brighter. I think my first picture is the most accurate, but it is still greener and brighter in person. There are a variety of swatches on the OPNL Etsy store site and they all look different too, so I think it's just one of those troublesome beauties to photograph! What an amazing color in person though, wow!! I topped The Algae-atic Sea with one layer of Octopus Party On the Frocks, a very cool iridescent glitter topper. The glitters in On the Frocks shift from blue to purple to green and are very smooth feeling, not rough at all. I am loving this combo and I got a ton of compliments on this mani!

This is two coats of The Algae-atic Sea. It was lovely to apply and nicely pigmented. If you have longer nails than me, you could need a third coat, but two was perfect here. I topped it with one easy layer of On the Frocks and one layer of top coat.

Octopus Party The Algae-atic Sea is available now in the OPNL Etsy Shop. I don't see On the Frocks, but maybe it will return in the future. While you're there, I strongly advise you to get The Pleasure Principle. It is an INSANELY gorgeous shifty multi chrome. I have to swatch that for you all next, it's nuts!

Lynnderella Friday, Vol. 77!

 *Sent for review*

This week you can really start to see that summer is starting here at Never Enough Nails! It may be cold and rainy in CT the past few days, but I no longer care. I am ready for neons and brights! Lynnderella Electric Ambrosia fits right in! Lynnderella describes this one as a "multishimmered coral peach shimmerella with peach microflakes and pink shimmer, as well as assorted blue iridescent glitter". It is a really bright coral pink with peach tones that seem to show up better in person. The blue iridescent glitter is really gorgeous, it pops out of the vivid background so well!

This is three thin coats of Electric Ambrosia. I found that really thin coats were best here, the iridescent glitters could look a bit lumpy with thicker coats. This polish also dried semi-matte, so I used a nice shiny top coat. I think the base of this polish was a bit thicker than some recent Lynnderellas, but as long as I did nice thin coats it was fine.

Lynnderella Electric Ambrosia is available now at http://stores.ebay.com/lynnderella-lynnderella. Other lovely Lynns are available at lynnderella.com!

My Picks from Dreamland Lacquer Valentine Power Ballads Collection!

*Purchased by me*

Ugh, Monday is here again! I hope I can make it better for you with some pretty pictures! Dreamland Lacquer offered a pre-order back in January for a lovely four piece Valentine's Day offering, the Power Ballads collection. How could I not snap up this gorgeous purple with hot pink shimmer? Dreamland Lacquer The Search Is Over is a red-purple jelly with the infamous Unicorn Pee pigment. This pink-gold shimmer packs real pow in this polish (holy alliteration Batman!), it is definitely not hidden shimmer by any means. The search is really over for the most stunning warm purple with shimmer!

This is three coats of The Search Is Over. I can still see some VNL in really bright lighting, but it's so beautiful I just don't even care. Application was excellent, this polish has a lovely consistency.

Dreamland Lacquer Alone is a deep red wine jelly with holo microglitter and iridescent microglitter. The iridescent glitter is really shifty, it presents a lot of different colors! I am wearing Alone as my full mani right now, and it's really pretty to look at in different lighting. The glitters look like burning embers under red glass or something, very cool.

This is two coats. Application was nice and easy. I used one layer of top coat and it was pretty smooth. If you wanted it to be 100% glossy and smooth, you might need a second layer of top coat. Dreamland Lacquers don't wear very long on me personally, I guess the base doesn't like my personal nail chemistry, but I know many people get great wear from them. I continue to buy them because they're beautiful!

These polishes are not currently available, but they will be available for purchase fairly soon! Check Dreamland Lacquer out on Facebook for information on when you can order these beauties.

Lynnderella Friday, Vol. 56!

 *Sent for review*

It's witching season over on lynnderella.com and I have two of the new Halloween polishes to show you today, as well as two minty fresh cuties. Lynnderella Wild Life is one of the five polishes released in the Season of the Witches collection. It contains silver holographic glitter in a menagerie of shapes- bats, starfish, fish, penguins, butterflies, and Mickey glitters with smaller silver holo accents like circles and squares. I love the bats, they are SO cool!!!

This is one dabbed coat over Dr.'s Remedy Timeless Teal. It was pretty easy to apply, I did have to angle the bats a bit to stay flat on my small nails. But it wasn't hard and I love having holo bats on my nails!!

Lynnderella Witchy's Blushing! is a stunning bright acid green shimmer with chartreuse microglitter accents. It's my new favorite green and will be perfect for Halloween-themed manis. Because it's shimmer based, it looks nice and smooth, never lumpy. The holo microglitter really pops against the acid green.

This is two flawless coats. I didn't even do any clean-up, it was perfect. I used one layer of top coat and it had a nice glossy finish. A++++!

Lynnderella Minstagram is a new LE with lots of small matte mint green glitters, iridescent and mint accents in an aqua shimmered base. The shimmer is super reflective and pretty!!

This was three thin coats. It was still a bit sheer after two coats. I didn't want to do two thinkers coats, because the glitter is so plentiful, it could end up looking textured or bumpy. But three thin coats hit the spot!

Lynnderella Minterest is a shimmery mint with aqua, green, turquoise, cyan and mint shimmers. The shimmer is beautifully complex in this one and can make the polish look a bit more green or more blue depending on lighting. Beautiful!!

This is also three thin coats. Two had a touch of VNL, but it built up nicely with the third. The formula was lovely, a great consistency.

The Season of the Witches polishes are available now on lynnderella.com. I purchased two more of those myself, so I will have swatches of those next Friday. Minstagram and Minterest are available now at http://stores.ebay.com/lynnderella-lynnderella.

Lynnderella Friday, Vol. 48!!

*Sent for review*

Happy Friday readers! I hope you made it through the week unscathed and have some good weekend plans ahead. I have some real beauties for you today, starting with this intense fuchsia-toned purple shimmer, Lynnderella Born to the Purple. Born to the Purple is almost a neon bright purple and has a beautiful blue-lilac glow to it. I would say it's a tad darker than my pictures show, my camera hates to photograph bright purples!

This is three thin coats. It was nice and easy to apply, with a perfect consistency. I used top coat here because this didn't dry completely shiny, more like a satin finish.

Lynnderella Kanga Loves Roo is so awesome!! First of all, the Winnie the Pooh themed name rocks (having just returned from Disney World, I am all about it!). Second, this mauve glitter is so packed with holographic micro glitter and crazy glowing opal glitters! Kanga Loves Roo takes mauve to a new level! Lynn has made a few Winne the Pooh themed polishes recently, if you are a fan. So far, I think we have this one, C. Robin, Pooh Bare, and Love That Tigger.

This is two coats. It was pretty easy to apply, but I did use two layers of top coat. It was a little bumpy still after one and two really brings out the opal glitters.

The latest in Lynnderella's beloved Whizard series is Lynnderellla C.A. Whizard, Sr. This is described as a "lively blend of holographic cyan, aqua and baby blue microglitters accented with silver holographic full moons and nano stars". I did get nano stars in here, but they kind of got covered up with blue glitters!

This is two coats and it applied well. I used one layer of top coat for this one.

All of these polishes are currently available! C.A. Whizard, Sr. is available on lynnderella.com and the others are on the Lynnderella eBay store.

Big Lynnderella News and More Swatches!!

 *Sent for review*

Well I missed Lynnderella Friday this week due to preparation for my dance school's end of the year recital (it well went, thank goodness!). BUT, now I get to share the big news with you today! Remember I said that lynnderella.com would no longer redirect to the eBay store? That's because there is an all new, amazing lynnderella.com where you can purchase new limited edition polishes for a flat price with no auctions, bidding, waiting, etc.! Make sure you visit the site and add yourself to the mailing list- there will be special pre-sales and discount codes sent to those on the list!! Right now, there is a brand new collection of LEs on the site, including this beauty, Lynnderella Nude Beach. Nude Beach is a cooler toned, almost taupe-y nude holo glitter. Lynnderella describes it as a blend of holographic microglitter and subtle tan pigments.

This is two easy coats and it's now my favorite neutral glitter! It's insanely holo!! Very easy to apply and beautiful formula.

Next I have a new LE that is available in the eBay store. On the new website, you can click in the menu on the left "Limited Editions on eBay" and it takes you right to the eBay store. Lynnderella On the Dot With the Sky Blues has baby blue, black, and white dots in a clear base with blue shimmer and holo microglitter. You know I love my dot glitters, so this is right up my alley!

This is two dabbed coats over OPI Oh My Majesty!. It was easy to apply, I dabbed it on to spread the dots out evenly.

*Purchased by me*

I'm continuing with my core Lynnderella reswatch project and I have a couple of those for you today as well. These are all available on the new site. This beauty is Lynnderella Eggstra Pretty! Lynnderella.com says this has "scattered assorted neon, pastel satin and matte glitters in a soft, translucent lavender-white base with subtle lilac shimmer.". It is a perfect spring polish and can be layered over a variety of colors for a great pastel look! Also, it says there are only 2 left, so if you like this, hurry over and snap one up!

This is one coat over OPI I'm Gown for Anything, which is the perfect base color for this polish! It is pretty easy to apply, but the larger glitters, like that big square there, need to be moved into place a bit.

*Purchased by me*

OK I know it's not Christmas, but when I swatched OPI What's the Hatter with You?, I thought it would be a great base for Lynnderella Partridge in a Pear Tree. This is the best holiday glitter bomb! Red, green and gold are the stars of the show here, but there are accents of other festive colors to make it feel like a real party.

This is one easy coat over What's the Hatter with You?. Great application and easy to smooth out with one layer of top coat.

*Purchased by me*

Lynnderella Like Love has "neon pink, red, purple and iridescent glitters in a violet-shimmered clear base". The best parts of this polish is the iridescent glitters, they are so pretty in person!! Hard to photograph, though!

This is one coat over OPI Mad for Madness Sake. It is easy to apply. My bottle has been sitting for a few years, but I turned it upside down for about 20 minutes and it was perfect!

One more new LE for you today- Lynnderella New Yorchid is an orchid pink with lots of holo microglitter and matching orchid flakes. It's very rainbow-y in the sunshine, love it!

This is two coats, but you could probably do one thicker coat. It was nicely pigmented! It applied so smoothly and was shiny and perfect with just one layer of top coat.
