OPI Starlight Collection Swatches, Part III!

*Sent for review*

I have the third and final section of my OPI Starlight swatches for you! This took me longer than I expected, sorry about that. I've been trying to get some Christmas decorations up and I have been light on swatching lately! But here they are now, and look at how pretty OPI Guys & Galaxies is! Guys & Galaxies is a deep, vampy maroon creme. It's almost like a very dark oxblood (remember the oxblood crazy not too long ago?). If you are a fan of vampies, you will love this as much as I do. Even in low lighting, this looks like a luscious deep red, it never looks black or murky like some vampies.

This is three thin coats, but I think two thicker ones would be fine too. The formula was good, maybe a little thin, but not too much so.

OPI I'm in the Moon for Love is a nice slightly reddish purple shimmer. It's a lovely deep plum and the shimmer makes it look almost velvety. I am a big fan of the red-leaning purple and really love this. I will definitely be wearing this a lot, and not just during the holidays.

This is two coats of I'm in the Moon for Love. It was nicely opaque. A little on the thin side again, but not difficult to apply.

This shiny little gem is OPI Super Star Status. Super Star Status is a mix of tiny silver glitters and shimmer and large gold hex glitters in a clear base. I love the mix of gold and silver glitters! It is perfect for the holidays. This is super festive alone or over one of the reds in this collection!

This is three thin coats of Super Star Status. It was very easy to apply and opaque on it's own. I used one layer of Essie Gel Setter and it was smooth to the touch.

OPI Comet Closer is a gold/green leaning silver with textured bits. The color of this is very cool, it's like an antique pewter. I love the warm cast you can see in the silver.

This is two easy coats. It applied very well. The textured bits aren't so rough that they will catch on things, but they do feel bumpy, even with top coat.

This deep space shimmer is OPI Center of the You-niverse. Center of the You-niverse is a black creme, maybe even almost a really deep charcoal gray, with lots of pretty silver shimmer.

This is two super easy coats. This one had the perfect consistency and barely required any clean up.

OPI Is This Star Taken? is a white gold frost with silver holo tiny bar glitters. OPI's official description says that "iridescent icicles fly in this smooth gold". I think the frosty metallic base makes the bar glitter looks extra lumpy in this case.

This is two coats. It was nicely opaque. The bar glitters did tend to hang off the edges of my nails a bit, but I was mostly able to just push them back on.

You can see in the picture below that when the holo bits really catch the light, it's actually kind of pretty looking.

My favorites from this grouping are Guys & Galaxies and I'm in the Moon for Love. These are the kind of shades that OPI does so very well. My favorites in the whole collection are Give Me Space, Cosmo with a Twist and Guys & Galaxies.
