I finally got my hands on the much talked about
Orly Sparkling Garbage! I kept meaning to go to Sally's to see if they had it, but my Sally's kind of stinks, so I never feel very motivated to go there. I recently placed an order on
nailsupplies.us and threw Sparkling Garbage in my cart, along with some China Glaze goodies you'll see on here soon. Sparkling Garbage is a seafoam green/light teal scattered holo. I actually thought this was scattered holo glitter, but it's actual holo particles, and dries totally smooth and glassy. The holo effect is nice and strong in sunlight.
I did three coats of Sparkling Garbage in these pictures and still see a lot of VNL. I think I would layer it over something next time. The formula was pretty good though, maybe a little on the thin side. I like this, but I don't love it, probably because it's sheer. Hopefully I will like it better over something!
