Octopus Party Green Mystery Polish

*Purchased by me*

After a snowy and super busy weekend, I finally have a post for you today! It snowed like crazy on Friday and I ended up having a snow day from work. Then Saturday was my cousin's bridal shower, which was super fun and delicious, and Sunday there was a dance competition I had to attend. Then to top it off, yesterday snowed and I had another snow day! Which is great fun, but snow days are not good for swatching, too dark and cloudy!! But today I have a really special polish for you from Octopus Party Nail Lacquer. A couple of weekends ago, Dave, the maker of OPNL, listed a some mystery polishes on his site. I managed to snag a green one and it's SO gorgeous! This is a beautiful forest green jelly packed with scattered holographic sparkles. Unfortunately, there still isn't much sun, so it was hard to capture the holo flashes, but even so, this is stunning!

This polish applied effortlessly! It has a gel-like consistency that makes it easy to achieve a nice rounded shape by the cuticle without worrying about flooding. This is three thin coats.

These mystery polishes are unreleased prototypes, so they probably won't be for sale again. However, I highly recommend liking Octopus Party Nail Lacquer on Facebook so that you can find out when beauties like this will be available in the future!! Octopus Party polish is available at the Octopus Party Etsy store.
